Buki Koshoni is a Photographer specializing in Conceptual Portraits

His images are a reflection of his loves and obsessions, primarily fashion, film, portraiture and the human form.

“I like to shot narrative portraits, placing people in costumes and situations that either compliment, validate, or disassemble their public or personal persona.

The subject of personal identity has always been an ongoing conversation in my personal life, and through photography, I’m able to explore and capture my findings.”

Born in Lagos Nigeria and moving to London at an early age, his influences are as wide and varied as the mix of cultures suggest.

A self taught photographer, his path to photography has been an enjoyable and productive one, finding success as a Music Promo Director, Television Presenter and Art Director along the way.

He is based in London & Larnaca, Cyprus and is available for commissions, both editorial and personal.
