Through his lens as a photographer, he sees his motifs with a film director’s eye and that is precisely what makes him such an exciting photographer. He stages fashion-inspired stories with a complex, condensed atmosphere and presents both fashion and bodies in an almost sculptural way. The love for fashion, film and the human form is evident in BUKE’s artwork, which integrates identity, personality and the body aesthetic.

His photography celebrates personal narratives whilst creating images that draw the audience into this visual journey.

Vanity Fair to assignments for The Sunday Times & Revolut Bank, he aims to tell stories that transcend boundaries and connect with diverse audiences. 

His directorial commissions in film, underscore a commitment to narrative innovation, breathing life into projects for global brands like Adidas and Sony Music.

As a self-taught producer and songwriter, BUKE bridges the genres of poetry and music, layering raw prose over lo-fi beats. He writes and produces for himself and other artists, creating powerful, immersive narratives.

As a writer, he harnesses the power of storytelling to craft compelling screenplays that centre on resilient protagonists, navigating themes of redemption, revolution and resilience across genres spanning action, thriller and drama.

After honing his craft at St Martins, his works have been celebrated both nationally and internationally, from international exhibitions to accolades such as finalist status at the Taylor Wessing Portrait competition and a Gold Medal at GOSEE Berlin.

Through his work, he aims to provoke thought, inspire change and ignite a dialogue that transcends borders and boundaries.
