Shipping
Every RAW Shop order ships free, worldwide. We cover the carrier cost so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for delivery.

Made to order
Pieces are produced after you order. Printful's average fulfillment window is 2–5 business days before the parcel leaves the print facility.

Typical delivery after fulfillment
UK: about 3–6 business days in transit. Worldwide: about 3–12 business days in transit, depending on destination and carrier. International routes can take longer during peak periods.

Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order is with the carrier.

Split shipments
If items in one order print at different facilities, they may ship separately. Each parcel gets its own tracking.

Customs and duties
International deliveries can attract local customs fees or import taxes. Those charges, if any, are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in free shipping.

Returns
We want you to be happy with what arrives. How a return works depends on why you are sending it back, following the same split Printful uses for quality issues versus change of mind.
Covered by us
Quality, damage or lost in transit
If something arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or never shows up, contact us. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return the item in these cases.
Return shipping charged
Change of mind
Wrong size, wrong piece, or you simply changed your mind: you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price. Original outbound shipping stays free; it is not refunded because it was already covered by the studio.
How to return

Email buki@bukikoshoni.com with your order number and reason for return.

We confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

Ship the item back unused, in its original packaging where possible, using a tracked service. Return postage is at your cost.

After inspection, we issue your product refund to the original payment method.
Personalised or made-to-order pieces may be excluded from change-of-mind returns when marked as such on the product page. Brazil and other regions with statutory cooling-off rights are honoured as required by local law.
